Anti-statistic agent
Anti-statistic agent can be categorized into:
“internal” and “external”, depending on the process and market
demand. Anti-statistic agent can effectively reduce surface
resistivity of plastic and avoid ESD (electronic discharge).
►Internal anti-statistic agent:
-Standard
-Low-migration type
-Non-amine type: applicable to PP, PS and ABS in injecting and
extruding electronic materials (sheet, spacer, tray, chip and reel)
-Permanent A/S agent: Surface resistivity of conductive matrix not
affected by humidity or temperature
►External anti-statistic agent: pure water or alcohol dilution,
roller, spray or wipe coating can be applied, depending on
lamination materials,. Products include RAS-1200, Saftomer ST-2000H
